As part of my ongoing professional development, I began graduate coursework through the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. The program strengthens my leadership, collaboration, and ethical decision-making—skills directly aligned with my role as a Scrum Master and agile team leader.
BADM 509 – Managing Organizations
Completed with 4.0 GPA (Grade A+)
This course focuses on organizational behavior, leadership fundamentals, and the systems that drive effective team performance. It helped me better understand how to influence team dynamics, align with company strategy, and support people through change — all critical in leading Agile teams.
BADM 544 – Strategic Management
Completed with 4.0 GPA (Grade A)
This course covered the formulation and implementation of business strategy in dynamic environments. It deepened my ability to align team delivery with strategic business goals and navigate complexity while facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
BADM 508 – Leadership and Teams
Starting in August 2025; expected to complete by October 2025
This course explores leadership in team settings, with emphasis on team building, conflict resolution, motivation, and performance. The learning will further strengthen my ability to coach Agile teams, build trust, and foster high-performing, inclusive team environments.
Upon completing BADM 508, I will have finished Core Module 1 of the Gies graduate program by Q4 2025.
