I contribute to digital innovation as a Senior Architect, partnering with global and distributed teams and providing technical leadership—currently in the manufacturing sector, with past experience spanning software and financial services. With over two decades of experience, I’ve seen how technology—and practices like virtual collaboration and async communication—can drive meaningful outcomes when combined with human insight, strategic foresight, and cross-functional alignment.
My journey began with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and evolved through diverse roles—from freelance web designer for non-profits to leading digital experience strategy at Terex Corporation. Today, I lead initiatives that call for navigating ambiguity, balancing stakeholder needs, and delivering web platforms, portals, and mobile solutions that support remote work and global users—helping self-managed teams craft cohesive, user-centered experiences with empathy and intentionality.
Over the years, I’ve shaped a progressive professional journey—moving from individual contributor to people manager, and eventually transitioning to a senior architect role to align my work more closely with both purpose and balance. These roles have required emotional intelligence, mentorship, and sound judgment—capabilities that are deeply relational and context-aware. Along the way, I’ve developed strong time management skills and a mindset rooted in adaptability. These experiences have reinforced the value of continuous learning and quiet perseverance. I’ve mentored others, contributed to purpose-driven digital projects, and remained committed to building inclusive, impactful technology.
As part of my continued growth, I’ve recently started formalizing my business knowledge through structured, graduate-level learning. This chapter supports my drive to integrate strategy and execution—and to lead with clarity in increasingly complex, tech-driven environments.
